The blueberry pie was one of the best I've ever had. Whoppie pie was a little heavy for my taste but still delicious.
We stop by in the Am for a pie. There was tons of pies to choose from in the Am. We picked apple, some maple cream cookies and OMG! DELICIOUS! When we drove back by a few hours later almost all the pies were gone! I can’t wait to go back & pick another pie & more maple cookies!!
This was a nice surprise along Bear River Road on our way to see Step Falls and Grafton Notch State Park. It's an honor system bakery: pick what you want, total the price tags, deposit the cash in the can. We picked a blueberry pie and two whoopee pies. They were great.
We've been by here every summer and it's still a nice little surprise every time. The pies are unbelievable and what a great value! It's a good thing we don't live closer or I'd be 300 pounds by now. Well worth going out of your way to get these treats, and how nice that the honor system still works (apparently) for them. Bravo!
Love this place. We try to visit every time we are in Bethel/Newry. The Maple Cream cookies are the best!
